We offer a valve repair and refurbishment service for not only all valves of our own manufacture but also those of other suppliers. Our trained engineers will provide a detailed breakdown of the necessary spares and rectification work required to restore a valve to full working condition, along with an estimated cost and timescale. No work will be carried out without prior agreement.
This service is aimed at providing an economic and practical solution for both scheduled overhauls and general repairs, and will be of interest to those without repair facilities or short of workshop time.
All valves are tested and painted before despatch, with test certificates issued as necessary.
Site visits can also be arranged on the rare occasions when there appears to be an operational problem with one of our valves and the issue cannot be resolved by speaking to our technical staff.
We also welcome visits by customers who wish to see their valves during the various stages of manufacture or to witness testing if required.
Please tell us in advance as special arrangements may have to be made.
Our foundry is also able to cast one-off specials for any requirement providing a pattern or sample is available and our pattern making facility can be utilised if necessary. We cast in steel, stainless steel, bronze, phosphor bronze, aluminium bronze and cast iron and can usually offer quick deliveries.
In addition, we also cast Dew88Met - a nickel based casting alloy with anti-galling properties, used in the production of food manufacturing and handling equipment. For more information, please click the Dew88Met link on the top menu.
Material certificates for all our materials can be supplied if required.
